Who we are

Wirepilot AI Inc. is an Ontario corporation that builds and runs AI receptionists for small and mid-sized businesses. We answer the phone for businesses that can't always answer it themselves: clinics, salons, trades, law and accounting offices, property managers, restaurants, auto shops and studios.

We're proudly Canadian. We write in Canadian English, price in Canadian dollars and answer calls in English and French from day one. That's where we started, not a limit on who we work with.

Why we started

Every small business owner knows the feeling of a missed call. You're under a sink, in the middle of a treatment, in a client meeting or finally at dinner, and the phone rings. You can't answer it, and you don't know if it was a wrong number or your next big job.

The usual fixes are expensive or frustrating. A full-time receptionist is a big fixed cost for a small team. Answering services take messages but can't book anything. Voicemail loses the caller to the next business on the list.

AI voice technology has become good enough to hold a real conversation, book an appointment and know when to hand a call to a person. But most AI tools still expect owners to become prompt engineers. We started Wirepilot AI to close that gap: the technology, set up properly for your business, by people you can call.

How we work

• We do the setup. We learn how your phone works, write your greeting, answers and booking rules, and test with you before going live.
• We tell the truth about what it can do. An AI receptionist is excellent at answering, booking, qualifying and routing. It isn't a replacement for a professional's judgement, and in healthcare it never gives medical advice. We'll tell you where it fits and where it doesn't.
• We keep improving it. We review calls, tune answers and adjust routing as your business changes.
• We're easy to reach. Support comes from a Canadian team, in English or French.

What's next

The AI receptionist is our first product. The same approach, practical AI set up and looked after for you, works for more of the repetitive work in a small business: following up with leads, capturing enquiries from your website and ads, sending reminders, and moving information between the tools you already use. We'll add those services under Solutions as they're ready.
