Starter

For one-person shops and small teams. 300 minutes covers roughly 100 to 150 calls a month at two to three minutes each.

Growth

For busy clinics, salons and service companies that need texting, smart transfers, more languages and automations.

Pricing questions

What counts as a minute?

A minute is time your AI receptionist spends on the phone with a caller, including outbound calls on plans that have them. Your dashboard shows the minutes you've used so far this month, call by call.

How are extra minutes billed?

If you use more than your plan's included minutes in a month, extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate: $0.45 a minute on Starter and $0.40 a minute on Growth and Pro. They're added to your next monthly invoice, and your dashboard shows your usage as you go.

What happens when my minutes run out?

Your receptionist keeps answering. Calls are never cut off because you've reached your included minutes. You'll get an alert as you get close, and anything above your included minutes is billed at your plan's per-minute rate. If you're regularly going over, moving up a plan is usually cheaper, and we'll tell you when it is.

What happens after the free trial?

Your plan starts after 7 days unless you cancel. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly, with no contract and no annual commitment. We don't offer annual plans, so there's nothing to lock you in.

How do I cancel?

From your dashboard, anytime. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. To stop calls reaching the receptionist right away, turn off call forwarding with your carrier.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. You keep your number and forward calls to your receptionist. Nothing changes for your customers except that someone always answers.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is free and done for you on every plan. We write your greeting, your FAQ answers and your booking rules, and test it with you.

Can I change plans?

Yes, up or down. Ask us, and we'll move you to the plan that fits your call volume.

Are prices in Canadian dollars? Are taxes included?

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) per month. Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST, and QST where it applies) are added at checkout.
