How does bilingual answering work?
Your receptionist greets callers in both languages, or in the language you choose first, and then follows the caller. If they reply in French, it continues in French. If they switch partway through, it switches with them. There's no "press 2 for French" menu.
Natural French for Canadian callers
A bilingual greeting only helps if the French sounds right. We write your French greeting and answers as natural Canadian business French, not a word-for-word translation of your English script, and we test calls in both languages before you go live.
