Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Wirepilot AI Inc. wants everyone to be able to use our website and our service, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard used under Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What we've done

• Text and buttons meet WCAG AA colour-contrast ratios.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines and a "skip to main content" link.
• Pages use one main heading and a logical heading order, and landmarks for navigation, main content and footer.
• Images and illustrations have text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Form fields have visible labels, and errors are announced.
• Animation is kept to a minimum and turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
• Menus, the FAQ sections and the voice demo panel can be opened and closed with the keyboard, and closed with the Escape key.

Known limitations

• The live voice demo relies on speaking and listening. If you'd rather not use it, or can't, book a demo or contact us and we'll show you the receptionist another way, including by reading a call transcript together.
• The booking calendar on our demo page is provided by a third party (Cal.com). If it's hard to use, email us your preferred times instead.

The AI receptionist and accessibility

For callers who find a voice conversation difficult, the receptionist can be set up to transfer to a person or take a message, and Growth and Pro plans include two-way text messaging. Tell us about your callers' needs during setup.

If something on our website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email info@wirepilotai.ca with "Accessibility" in the subject. Tell us the page and the problem. We'll reply within two business days and work with you to provide the information in a format that works for you.

This statement was last reviewed when the website launched. We review it when we make significant changes to the site.
