How the filter works
The receptionist answers every call the same way. Recorded messages, robocalls and callers pitching you something are recognised during the conversation and handled according to your rules: ended politely, or taken as a low-priority note. They're marked as spam in your dashboard and don't send you an urgent alert.
Sales calls you do want
Some vendors are welcome: your suppliers, your accountant, the parts store. Tell us, and those callers get a message taken or a transfer like anyone else.
Nothing hidden
Every filtered call is still logged, with its recording and transcript, so you can check what was screened. If a real caller is ever misjudged, tell us and we'll adjust the rules.
